Ingredients:
1. 8 – 10 cucumbers
2. 3 tbsp oil (sunflower/ sesame)
3. 4 tbsp soy sauce
4. 2 tbsp rice vinegar
5. 4 garlic cloves, minced
6. 1 tbsp coconut sugar
7. 1-2 tbsp chili flakes
8. Sesame seeds
Method of creating it:
-Cut off the ends of the cucumbers and slice in the shape of ribbon or noodles.
-Place the cucumbers in a bowl and salt them.
-Let them sit for 15-20 minutes until they release some moisture.
-For dressing- Take a bowl and add oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, coconut sugar and chili flakes
-Add the prepared dressing on to sliced cucumber and season with sesame seeds
