Ingredients:
1. 1 Cucumber
2. 1 tsp Chia seeds
3. Ginger-small piece
4. 6-7 Mint leaves
5. Salt or pepper to taste
6. 1/2 tsp Honey
Method of creating it:
-Soak the chia seeds overnight
-Grind the pieces of cucumber, ginger and mint leaves in a mixer
-Strain the water,add chia seeds and enjoy
