“Hello Dr Payal. We are doing very well. We went to Panchgani in Nov 2021 and now during last week of Jan 2022, once again we went to Panchgani, this time with my friend-group !! We enjoyed. We got exhausted! We went by hired mini-bus, and despite of 6-7 hours of drive each way, God has been great that I had no problem in my back !!! You had worked on my back well with your physio therapy !! Of course, avoided horse ride !!
