Ingredients:
1. 1/2 tsp turmeric
2. 1/2 Ginger
3. Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
4. 1 tsp sweetner
5. 2 tbsp hot water
6. 1 Cup milk
Method of creating it:
-Take 2tbsp hot water and add turmeric, ginger, sweetener and cinnamon powder in it.
-Take a glass of cold milk and add the above mixture to it.
